Do you buy gold?

We do not buy gold but we can melt down your current gold & repurpose it into a bespoke piece of jewellery to be adorned for many years to come.

Do you engrave? 

Yes, we can supply both hand & machine engraving, some items of jewellery however cannot be engraved, so get in touch with one of our goldsmiths who will be able to advise whether this service is suitable for the piece.

 

Product availability?

All products are subject to availability and some delays may occour.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible. 

When shopping instore we accept a number of payment methods including cash, debit/credit cards, gift cards, cheque & bank transfers. Bank details can be sent on request 

Payments accepted online VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express.

 

What are your store opening hours?

Opening hours are 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Saturday.

Opening times may vary over Holiday periods.

 

What is your return policy?

We can offer a refund or an exchange if you are not fully satisfied with the product providing it is returned in perfect condition and has not been worn within 30 days of receipt. 

Bespoke,  customised or personalised engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

If a ring has been resized we cannot offer refund or exchange.

When returning items we suggest using Special or Recorded delivery with Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
